Road Worthiness Testing (RWT) proposals were discussed in a public hearing in Brussels at the Transport and Tourism (TRAN) Committee on Tuesday 22nd January. Motorcycles and scooters and mopeds continue to be included in gaining access to Bus Lanes, which for Belfast is through the road traffic transportation development of “Belfast On The Move”.
