2014 Adelaide/Blackhorse Motorcycle Festival is confirmed
If you are buying a 2014 calendar or a 2014 diary for a fellow motorcycle fan this Christmas make sure and get a red pen and highlight the dates February 7th, 8th and 9th (Friday – Sunday) as that’s when Billy and Marty Nutt will be staging the 2014 Adelaide Blackhorse Motorcycle Festival in the King’s Hall Pavilion.
For Nutt Promotions it will be their nineteenth Northern Ireland motorcycle extravaganza and their eighth year at the King’s Hall Complex.
Nutt Promotions are renowned for being successful and professionally run and their annual festival’s glowing reputation has prompted Adelaide Insurance to back it for an unparalleled eleventh time and Blackhorse for the third time.
The support of both companies is much appreciated.
Plans for the 2014 Adelaide Blackhorse Motorcycle Festival are at an advanced stage and Billy took time out to speak about the February favourite: “We will be staging the festival for the second time in the King’s Hall Pavilion. Last year it was packed to bursting point at times, the festival attendance was one of the biggest in recent years and as the festival was such a success I’m sure the thousands of fans who turned out last year will come again this year.
“The hordes of fans, who came from far and wide last year, was good news for exhibitors who reported high levels of business and that has convinced the vast majority of them to return in 2014.
“Manufacturers who have already booked their spaces for 7th/9th February are Kawasaki, Suzuki, Triumph, Ducati, KTM, Yamaha, Victory, Indian, Honda and Harley Davidson. More are expected to sign up in the near future.
“The ever-popular auto-jumble will return and there will be a large display of Classic and Vintage motorcycles. The Motocross Village will be back again and there will be loads of other outside activities and entertainment.
“Of course both tarmac and off-road racing fans will travel to the show to with expectations of seeing the stars of motorcycle sport and the latest racing machines and they will not be disappointed.
“We intend to have the latest competition machinery and an array of world class riders who will mingle with the fans.
We are currently talking to many racing stars but until the World Superbike and Moto GP testing schedules are finalised we can’t confirm a definite list of riders who will be able to make it to Belfast.
Watch out for regular 2014 Adelaide Blackhorse Motorcycle Festival news bulletins in the coming weeks.”
