facebookrighttoride230We at Right To Ride have been away from Northern Ireland from the middle of March and we are not due back until late May.

At the moment we are in France (we travelled as far south as the Algarve in Portugal) and continuing to enjoy the good weather that Northern Ireland is “not” suffering!

On our return trip through the UK we will be attending the Motorcycle Crime Reduction Group (MCRG) on May 21st, which will be preceded with the MCI (Motor Cycle Industry) Breakfast Meeting at Silverstone race track.which includes a presentation by Steve Baker MP who chairs the All‐Party Parliamentary Group on Motorcycling and serves on the UK Parliament’s Transport Committee.

In the meantime if you are on Facebook you can catch up with some of the issues and news stories and events etc on our Right To Ride and Right To Ride EU Facebook pages.

We just thought we would highlight this article again regarding the regulation proposal (Type Approval) just to show that whether an MP or an individual who is trying to circle the wagon trains around the European Union you need to be better informed and use the skills of lobbying.

Just writing a raft of gobbledygook does not make you a lobbyist nor does it give you the right to represent motorcyclists and certainly not the opinion of Right To Ride!
