Right To Ride welcomes the recently formed – N.I. Bikers & Trikers Riding For Charity as new supporters.
The main aim of the group, now established on Facebook, is to give generously to and generate funds for local charities.
The local charities to benefit have been chosen by the members of the group. The events page on the groups Facebook page gives details of the four charities chosen for this year with details of the charity runs to be confirmed.
- Charity Bike Run in Aid of Marie Currie Cancer – Sunday 22nd April
- S.O.S Bus Fundraiser Rideout – Sunday 24th June
- R.N.L.I. Trike & Bike Run – Sunday 12th August
- “Angels Of Hope” (Ovarian Cancer Charity) Rideout – Sunday 7th October
Apart from the charity events, the group’s intention is to enable bikers and trikers from all over Northern Ireland to get together on a regular basis, with meetings and to get out and enjoy a good day out on our great roads network.
You can join N.I. Bikers & Trikers Riding For Charity with a one off membership fee – no annual renewal as the group say that they realise other motorcycle club members have other commitments.
The initial £5 donation is to cover your membership package, which consists of a membership card, a sew-on patch, and two stickers.
