The event which promises to be – Bigger and Better!! – A great day for all the family! – will be taking place on the 10th April, at the same venue as last year, at Comber Fire Station.
Last years successful event saw over 50 riders attending to go through their BikeSafe Assessment , with the Fire And Rescue Service setting up a mock motorcycle accident and extracting the injured rider and driver.
Race Doctor Fred MacSorley was on hand to commentate and advice on the issue of helmet removal.
There was also a display of race bikes and tea coffee and burgers on hand.

Fallen Heroes MCC

The Fallen Heroes MCC was formed in October 2009 by a few mates from County Down in Northern Ireland, all with a common interest, Motorcycle Road Racing!
“The club is dedicated to the enjoyment and freedom provided by the sport we call motorcycling, to the racers and normal people who have devoted so much to the sport, to the memory of the many riders who have paid the ultimate price for the sport we love and to the mates who have fallen over the years

  1. This sounds like a great event.
I would go, but I’ve already done Bikesafe.
I would recommend it to any rider of any ability — everything will take something (or a great deal, in most cases) from Bikesafe.
The cops who do it are great too.
