It was cold wet and miserable out there yesterday on the bike – but an excellent day out all the same at the Downriders MCC – NSPCC Charity Ride Out.
Soaked and chilled to the bone £900 was collected on the day from riders, plus the raffle, which at Right To Ride we won some Muc Off cleaning fluid and lubricating oil!
It was well worth a soaking and well done to the club for organising the event, the weather could have been worst as last years event had to be rescheduled due to snow.
Also from Right To Ride’s stomach big thanks to the volunteers for the spread of food at the end, small sausage rolls and cocktail sausages – HMMMM! YUM!!!
